I use collaborative processes and social practices to engage learners and connect teaching to community development and industry outcomes. We are all in this together!

My current research interests lie in social landscapes and how our digital and bicultural practices effect how we understand our environments. 

I previously resided in Upstate New York, in a solar-powered house in a forest, kept warm by the wonderful people of Turtle Hill community, thanks to the Fulbright Institute of International Education and Otago Polytechnic.

I am now based in Ōtepoti Dunedin, Aotearoa New Zealand.
